Taking time to to explore what you like and don’t like after a breakup is key. Have you stopped to remember that thing you use to do before your relationship that you liked?
We evolve as humans over time. It’s important to continue to try new things.
My theory is sometimes we each need a chance to start over to reexamines what we use to do before our relationship and other things we have always wanted to try.
A breakup is the best excuse to have.
Friends and family expect changes after breakups. Honestly it’s no ones business if you choose to change. But, there can be questions, explanations wanted, and lots of unsolicited advice. After a breakup it’s easy to say, just had a breakup and trying to sort out who I am and what I like now.
So try that one thing that you have always wanted to do and she said no or she didn’t want to do that. You know if you did it, life would be harder on you, because you were going to hear about it?
Provided it’s safe and healthy (if you aren’t sure about these, ask your mom or mom-like figure or message me to double check) 😉
GO DO IT! DO THAT THING, TAKE PICTURES.
Love it, enjoy it, make a memory out of it.
